Ahab Wheathoof Checks In
Horde characters can now meet Ahab Wheathoof and his dog Kyle in Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore. He offers a quest (”[7] Kyle’s Gone Missing!”) to retrieve Tender Strider Meat to feed Kyle. Ahab is the creation of Ezra Chatterton, a 10-year-old boy recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. Thanks to the efforts of the Make-a-Wish Foundation and the generosity of Blizzard’s WoW staff, Ezra was able to become a Designer for a Day, adding the character and related items. Ezra provided the voice for Wheathoof as well. Ezra’s story was featured in the Orange County Register. Ezra and his father continue to play a tauren hunter, ePhoenix, on Norgannon.
