The Lunar Festival seasonal event started today, continuing through 14 February. The working draft of the Lunar Festival seasons page is out and will continue to be revised through the weekend. Additional information (especially detailed Elder locations) is welcomed in the forums. Given the issues with seasonal content, it’s probably best to try to get any activities out of the way early in the season. This is especially important for characters above L40 who might want to face Omen - it’s better to do this early in the season while there are still large raiding parties gunning for the beastie (raid/party membership is not required, but a whole lot of characters are needed to take him down - as an interesting note, this is one of the activities which can be done with a mixed Horde-Alliance group).

A whole new selection of fireworks are available for purchase. There are also a few new recipes out which can be purchased with the Coins of Ancestry from the Elder quests.
