Patch 1.10!
Patch Day! As usual, patch notes may be found here. This patch includes the long-awaited Priest-class rebalancing as well as numerous “anti-bot” changes which have broken a large number of add-ons. In addition, several new recipes have been added for everyone except engineers. As of this patch, Engineers and Leatherworkers (but not Blacksmiths?) may respecialize if they drop and relearn the profession.
Reports have indicated that the repeatable Field Duty quests out of Cenarion Hold no longer give reputation gains. Twilight Text turn-ins and the Templar/Duke/Lord quests are apparently not affected.
The Alliance/Horde faction quests have been removed from Alterac Valley; all players involved in a kill now gain Stormpike or Frostwolf reputation only. Warsong and Arathi Battlegrounds have had their rep gains increased. The site pages will be updated tonight (and throughout the week, no doubt!).
Updated add-ons so far:
- Fishing Buddy 0.8.6c which now lacks the Easy Cast feature
- Fizzwidget’s add-ons, including AutoCraft, DisenchantPredictor, Feed-o-matic, Gemologist, ReagentCost, and ShoppingList
- Norganna’s Auctioneer/Enchantrix/Informant are currently scheduled for an update this Friday, 31 March
