Blacksmithing

Blacksmithing is the art of taking metal bars and mined stone and transforming them into weapons, armor, and other accessories. It complements the mining skill. After becoming an artisan blacksmith, the player may choose to specialize in either weapons or armor. This choice is irrevocable once made; you must abandon the skill and retrain it from 0 to change specialties. Weaponsmiths may choose to further specialize in the crafting of axes, swords, or hammers/maces. The Master Weaponsmiths have additional recipes for weapon specialists.
